- [kibana]: Several features now require an encryption key for saved
  objects. Such key must be set via the configuration option
  `xpack.encryptedSavedObjects.encryptionKey`.

74f5610f6d chore(kibana): Switch to fleet.outputs schema 
The undocumented fields are showcased in the unit tests[0] and
schemas[1].

30cb8cb484 feat: Add Fleet extension, remove standalone APM Server (#760) 
The preferred way to run APM Server is via the APM integration of the
Elastic Agent.

370ebbfaf4 doc: Update "Initial Setup" section for v8.0.0
