New page: docs/tools/image-generation.md covering:
- image_generate tool parameters and usage
- Supported providers (OpenAI, Google, fal, MiniMax) with capability matrix
- Config for imageGenerationModel (string and object forms)
- Provider selection order and fallback behavior
- Image editing with reference images
- Provider-specific capabilities (size, aspect ratio, resolution)

Add to Mintlify nav under Tools > Tools group.
