7789e8b3e5 Change default database name from 'zoneminder' to 'zm', as expected by the zm_create.sql file. 
User can still change the database name if needed, the script handles that case too.

bd6d62c8ba Tested in FreeBSD 13.5-RELEASE-p1 jail: 
- Fix /tmp directory rights,
  - Fix zoneminder package name,
  - Fix mysql call without root password,
  - Fix /usr/local/share/zoneminder/db/zm_create.sql call, as a 'zm' database name is hardcoded,
  - Add ALTER to granted rights (needed by zmupdate.pl),
  - Fix undefined variables $ZM_USER and $ZM_PASS usage.
